Starting with the design itself, our theory that modest-sized homes can and should be functional AND nourishing to our everyday needs and desires. We favor natural and recycled materials over synthetic, preferring always to specify low VOC-emitting paints, finishes and products. During demolition and construction we make every effort to arrange reuse of fixtures, appliances and cabinets, and we recycle as much construction waste as possible.

Budget Control:

Our experience in Construction contracting, project and property management gives us detailed knowledge of all cost considerations. We have the ability to work within a wide range of budgets. Because we design with your budget in mind, then oversee all phases, we keep on track with your budget, as the project moves from one phase to the next. In addition, we offer weekly invoicing and budget management to accurately track job costs.

On-Time Scheduling:

We control the flow of our projects, so that we can give you the specialized attention you deserve. We are very proud that our projects are completed on time.

No Surprises:

We work very hard ensure that you are aware of our processes, procedures and schedule to ensure you are not subjected to unwelcome surprises. Our project managers oversee all phases on-site from the beginning to the end of your project, without any of those annoying, unexplained absences unfortunately so common in the construction industry.
