Registering with OEC is easy and essential! OEC requires you to register yourself or your business by inputting your information in order to work with OEC. There are many great benefits that OEC’s Select Interfaces that you may enjoy.

Client Interface Features:
• View your project online! Your personalized interface is updated to reflect your current project.
• Online Document Review: You will be able to review electronic copies of your contract, proposals, and even plan sheets!
• Schedule: Keep up to date with your project by reviewing what we have scheduled for you. You’ll be able to see when a specific deadline has been set or find out which subcontractor is coming to your site when.
• Finishes Selector: If your project requires a tasteful finish that demands your personality; research, read reviews, and compare products to find out which fixture, cabinet style, or other finish from our catalog personalized for your project. We’ll propose some options for you and you can pick ‘em out!
• Secured Invoicing: View and pay your invoices online. We’ve added the convenience of online bill pay. Check out your bill and pay using Paypal’s Proven Secure Payment service.
• Also you can submit requests for additional work, maintenance, service or repairs. We receive this data immediately.

Subcontractor / Vendor Interface Features:
• Easily view or update contact information, license, and bond registration info.
• Online Document Review: You will be able to review electronic copies of your contract, proposals, and even plan sheets!
• Schedule: View Gantt charts for the projects you are working on. This will speed up efficiency and allows you the luxury of knowing what’s happening when.
• Bid Invites: If you are a qualified subcontractor, you can view bid invites for upcoming projects to be scheduled.
• Invoice Submittal: Submit Invoices for job hours, materials, and resources. This reduces administrative and accounting processes getting you paid faster!
• Additional Requests: Allows you to make requests that are recorded in writing and that can be addressed by us at OEC immediately.
